Residence Life at Geneva College

Geneva's first residence hall was built in the late 1880's. "The Dormitory" provided housing for women and a place for students to eat their meals. Seniors who have lived in Memorial Hall for all four years throw a pair of shoes into the Memorial Tree before graduation. Resident Assistants are available on each floor and floor activities are designed to help new students adjust to college life as well as to build community. A popular activity in Pearce Hall is playing Little Bat on the tennis courts. Little Bat is a derivative of baseball with small wooden bats and tennis balls.
